Impact of Leader-Member Exchange Relationship and Job design on Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB): The Role of Job Burnout

The aim of this study is to synthesize the effect Leader-member exchange relationship (LMX) and Job design on Counterproductive work behavior (CWB) through mediating lens all three dimensions Burnout that based upon Conservation Resource (COR) theory. A sample size 350 respondents was used for collecting data with help research survey by distributing questionnaires employees who are working in public sector universities higher education currently twin cities (Islamabad Rawalpindi) Pakistan. Techniques Simple Multiple linear regressions were carried out accessing mediation analysis via SPSS version 21.0 AMOS 27.0. Findings has revealed LMX significantly but negatively related positively (CWB). Also a significant variable mediates between developing quality relationships, job counterproductive behaviors. This gave into new insights results existing body knowledge along practical implications outcomes. Limitations future directions also discussed at end.
